Kara De Kretser is a Life and Confidence Coach whose passion is helping women find themselves, and their life purpose, again. Drawing on over a decade of experience in gender equality and project management across the United Nations, Kara now channels that same passion for women’s empowerment into helping women reconnect with who they are, rebuild their confidence, and create lives they are truly obsessed with. Kara’s coaching is based on lived experience, not theory, as she applies decades of strategic and sustainable project management expertise to help you kick your own goals.
A mother, world traveller, and retreat host, Kara brings warmth, real-world wisdom, and a genuine belief that every woman deserves to feel fully seen, fully confident, and fully herself.
Reena Brown is the heart behind Divine Flow Massage & Healing and The Goddess Code. A certified yoga teacher and yin yoga specialist, Reena blends ancient wisdom, sound healing, and deeply restorative bodywork to help women slow down, release what they’re carrying, and reconnect with the goddess within.
Her work is about far more than relaxation, it’s about creating space to reset, recharge, and step back into life feeling lighter, more balanced, and fully at home in your own body.
